SUVA, Fiji (6 July 2002) -- The grounded oil tanker The Great Theresa has been refloated and a major ecological disaster was narrowly averted in the renowned Yasawa Islands of western Fiji. Navy officials told CDNN the Vanuatu-registered tanker was successfully pulled off the reef and the captain and crew are safe.
