TALIPAO, Philippines (18 May 2000) -- Government officials again postponed talks with Abu Sayyaf rebels aimed at winning the release of 21 hostages abducted from Sipadan Island. Chief negotiator Roberto Aventajado told CDNN security arrangements and other details are still being arranged and the talks may not begin until Saturday, May 20.
