JOLO, Philippines (4 June 2000) -- A bomb exploded at Manila International airport early this morning causing damage but no casualties. It was the fifth blast in the Manila area in recent weeks. The explosions have been linked to a terrorist campaign sponsored by the Abu Sayyaf, an Al-Qaeda linked Islamic separatist group in the Mindanao region.
