SUVA, Fiji (23 June 2000) -- Military officials and racist rebel leader George Speight have reached an agreement that will pave the way for the release of 31 political prisoners including Fiji's prime minister. The accord will be signed tomorrow at 11:00am and hostages are expected to be released soon after.
