Scuba diver missing off Denman Island British Columbia

VICTORIA, Canada (23 May 2005) -- A scuba diver is missing off Denman Island in British Columbia.

Comox Search and Rescue launched a search for the missing 54-year-old male diver after receiving a missing diver emergency call.

The diver was part of a 10-diver group led by a Vancouver Island scuba diving operator.

 

Police told CDNN the missing diver is from Alberta but did not release his name or other details of the accident.
