	Research scuba diver nearly drowns in Minnesota Powered by CDNN - CYBER DIVER News Network by LUTHER MONROE - CDNN Safety News Editor LAKELAND, Minnesota (19 July 2005) -- Bystanders saved the life of a diver who collapsed after scuba diving in the St. Croix River.
