BROOKLYN, New York (28 Aug 2005) -- A scuba diver drowned on a dive trip with the dive boat Karen. Dmitrey Satyukov, 33, was wreck diving on the Bald Eagle with a group of divers about 10 miles off Gerritsen Beach when the accident happened. After Satyukov failed to surface with other divers, Captain Robert Hayes notified the Coast Guard of a missing diver emergency. Another dive boat, the Jeannie II, also responded to the call for help.
