KOH SAMUI, Thailand (6 Apr 2006) -- A British tourist is dead and another seriously injured after a scuba diving accident off Koh Samui.

Frederick Williams, 51, died after being transported to a recompression chamber by a Thai Navy rescue boat.

A second diver was also treated for the bends (decompression sickness) and is in serious condition.
