CLEARWATER BEACH, Florida (1 Apr 2007) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has recovered the body of a diver who went missing off the Florida coast. Joseph Libby, 50, of Palm Harbor, disappeared while diving with three other people off Clearwater Beach. The Coast Guard scrambled a helicopter to search for the missing diver and recovered his body about 15 miles off Clearwater Beach in the Gulf of Mexico.
