RUKAVAC, Croatia (24 August 2007) -- The Frenchman went missing at sea near Rukavac. Maritime police are searching for him, as well as harbour master`s office and divers. Since last night, the search has been underway for a 28-year-old Frenchmen in the waters of Vis island, who went missing at sea nearby Rukavac. The diver`s disappearance was reported by the owner of the suite in which he was staying. Ships of the maritime police are included in the search for the diver, which is complicated by powerful waves, as well as the harbour master`s office and divers. According to first information, the young man was free diving and there are several underwater caves in the area where he was presumed to be diving and went missing. SOURCE - Javno |
