Boater finds missing scuba diver

JUPITER, Florida (28 August 2007) -- A boater spotted a man about one hour after he went missing while scuba diving off Jupiter, Florida on Monday evening.

The diver, a local resident in his 40s, went missing at about 7:15pm.  The boater found him at about 8:20pm.

The Coast Guard and Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office were also involved in the missing diver search.

Authorities declined to identify the man nor provide details about the scuba diving accident.
