SEATTLE, Washington (5 Jan 2008) — A scuba diver was found floating unconscous in Seattle's Elliott Bay. Police said the victim was a male in his 40s but declined to release his identity. Another diver found him and pulled him to shore near Alki Point where a bystander performed CPR until help arrived. Seattle Fire Department paramedics took the man to Harborview Medical Center.
