Man nearly drowns at Scuba Doo Dive Shop

MOUNTAIN HOME, Arkansas (22 May 2008) — A man nearly drowned at a pool owned and operated by Scuba Doo Dive Shop.

James Bush was diving at the pool at about 10:30am when he lost consciousness underwater.

Witnesses pulled him out of the pool and called 911 for help.

A Northeast Lakeside fire department first responders rushed to the scuba diving store and revived Bush.

He was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center where he is listed in fair condition.

The Baxter County Sheriff's Office is investigating the near-fatal accident.
