Kayak diver found dead

BRIELLE, New Jersey (1 July 2008) — Police found the body of a missing diver in the Manasquan River.

Police told CDNN the body of Teryn Henrie, 33, of Plainfield, New Jersey, was recovered from the river near a bridge between Brick and Brielle at about 7:00am on Sunday.

Henrie disappeared while diving alone off a kayak.

Police responded to a call for help from the victim's wife with boats and helicopter to search for the missing diver.

The diver death is under investigation and an autopsy has been scheduled
