	Oahu diving accident kills another tourist Powered by CDNN - CYBER DIVER News Network by LUTHER MONROE - CDNN Safety News Editor HONOLULU, Hawaii (29 Sep 2008) — A tourist apparently drowned while diving with a tour group in Oahu. Franklin Hamilton, 63, of Reno, Nevada, was found floating unconscious off Makaha Beach yesterday. Bystanders and lifeguards pulled Hamilton to the beach and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. The paramedics rushed him to Wai'anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center but he never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
