SEATTLE, Washington (10 Mar 2009) — The diver who was taken to Harborview Medical Center after a scuba diving accident in Seattle's Elliott Bay has died.
Authorities told CDNN the scuba diving accident victim, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead soon after he was taken to hospital.
On March 6 CDNN reported that the man was pulled from the water unconscious at a popular Elliott Bay scuba diving site.
Paramedics who responded to a 911 call said the victim was "unresponsive".
Last November, a scuba diving accident in the same area killed 30-year-old Duy Tran.
