	Injured scuba diver airlifted to Duke Medical Center by LUTHER MONROE @ CDNN - Cyber Diver News Network July 2, 2009 WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, North Carolina — A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter rescued a woman who was injured while scuba diving. Authorities told CDNN the scuba diving accident victim fell unconscious after a dive off a commercial dive charter boat. The boat crew called for help at about 11:00 am and a helicopter was scrambled from Coast Guard Station Wrightsville Beach. Petty Officer Greg France said the helicopter transported the victim to Duke Medical Center.
