SCAPA FLOW, Scotland — A young man died while scuba diving at Scapa Flow ikn Orkney. Authorities have not yet identified the 24-year-old scuba diving accident victim, but told CDNN he encountered problems while exploring the St Colm wreck. Other divers pulled him back onboard the dive boat and started CPR as the vessel raced back to shore. Paramedics who were standing by took over when the dive boat reached shore but the victim never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead at the scene.
