	Scuba diving accident kills man at Lake Pleasant by LUTHER MONROE @ CDNN - Cyber Diver News Network August 18, 2009 PEORIA, Arizona — A man died while scuba diving in Lake Pleasant on Sunday morning. Authorities told CDNN that Arthur Mills, 70, was found dead in shallow water off a picnic area called Desert Tortoise. According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Mills was diving with a group of divers but somehow lost contact and separated from them.
