	Scuba diving accident kills Massachusetts man by LUTHER MONROE @ CDNN - Cyber Diver News Network September 22, 2009 PLYMOUTH, Massachusetts — An experienced diver died Sunday afternoon while scuba diving off Plymouth. Authorities told CDNN that James Osborne, 56, encountered problems while scuba diving with friends off White Horse Beach. Witnesses said Osborne signaled that he was in trouble and was later found unconscous on the surface. Friends aboard Osborne's boat pulled him aboard but it was too late.
