CAPE TOWN, South Africa (14 Nov 2003) -- The police diving unit recovered on Friday the body of a recreational diver, who had gone missing 24 hours earlier near Hout Bay harbour. Inspector Stefan Buchner said the body of a 23-year-old man was recovered at Duikerysland at the outskirts of the Hout Bay harbour. The body was weighted down with scuba diving gear. | | Buchner said the cause of death would be determined by a post-mortem.
