LOCHALINE, UK (13 Mar 2004) -- Search teams have been trying to find a diver missing in the Sound of Mull since the weekend.

Neil Robertson, 50, from Rothes in Moray, was part of a group exploring the sunken steel steam ship, the Shuna, about 10 miles north of Lochaline.

The dive party, from Salen, on Mull, had raised the alarm after Mr Robertson got into difficulties at about 1430GMT on Saturday.

Strathclyde Police divers have been assisting with the search.

A lifeboat, six other vessels and a helicopter also took part in the operation over the weekend.

The 240ft Shuna, which sank in 1913, is popular with diving parties.
