SUVA, Fiji (15 Sep 2004) -- Fiji police have resumed searching for two missing scuba divers after scuba equipment was found at sea near Yasawa-i-Rara.

Police Divisional Crime Officer Western Superintendent Vijay Singh told CDNN that a police search and rescue team has been redeployed to search for Danielle Gibbons and PADI scuba instructor Dan Grenier who went missing two weeks ago while diving in Vatu-I-Ra passage off Viti Levu.

Gibbons was diving with Crystal Divers owner Grenier as part of her training to become a PADI scuba diving instructor.

Meanwhile, Corrine Gibbons, Danielle's sister, announced that many Sydney residents have contributed to a fund that will provide a substantial reward to anyone who finds the missing divers or their scuba diving equipment.

Gibbons also said that a psychic working with Australian police believes the missing divers are still alive.
