CEBU, Philippines (9 Nov 2004) -- Yet another Japanese scuba diving instructor has died and a second dive instructor is missing off Mactan Island in Cebu. Mactan police told CDNN that Masahiro Kajita, 25, drowned on a night dive and his buddy, Chihiro Nawa, 20, is still missing.
