SYDNEY, Australia (19 Nov 2004) -- A young tourist from Singapore has died scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef. Melvin Kin Thuan, 26, died while scuba diving near Lady Musgrave Island, a popular dive destination about 300 kilometers north of Brisbane.
