CHEPSTOW, Gloucester, UK (4 Dec 2004) -- A scuba diver was rushed to a recompression chamber after yet another scuba diving accident at the popular National Dive Centre in Tidenham, Chepstow, Gloucestershire.

According to reports, the diver ascended too quickly and had to be airlifted to the diving Disease Research Centre in Plymouth.

Since the National Dive Centre opened at the flooded 'Dayhouse Quarry' near Chepstow in 2003,  there have been many accidents including several deaths raising concerns about the safety of the facility.
